Pregnancy and Infertility

My mom 47YO has pain in between her right armpit & breast. She was examined by our family doctor & doctor said it was due to harmonal changes & high estrogen. She has mild swelling in both her breast but has pain only in right side. The doctor told as she uses her right hand more she has pain only in right side.  She is peri menopausal . It's been 40 days since my mom got her periods. She took dolo 650 but the pain hasn't reduced. Please suggest what can be done to reduce her discomfort & pain .

Hai, I have been taking tablets to get conceived for 9 months but no improvement. I was stopped taking tablets for one month and now I missed my periods last month and even for this month my menstruation date is on 7th of November but yet to get. I am really geting frustrated of taking tablets please guide me on this. NB: I do have irregular problems after marriage since 2016 because of pcos. If I stop taking tablet my period gets completely irregular.

Hi, I want to postpone my menses by 2 days for the month of November. My last month menses start date was 20th October and I would want to postpone it to 22nd October this month (November). Kindly suggest if any medication is available to postpone the date and is it safe to take it.
