I am facing some kind of white discharge issue and it smells too I am about to get married next month and I don't know this problem will remain the same I have to continually clean it even I am not sure but maybe I have PCOD or maybe not I just want to clear these doubts and have a fresh start please help

My niece is 12 years old and is on her 1st periods. But it is continuing and today is 15th day with heavy flow.Her height is 4 ft 10" and weight is 33-35 kgs approx.Is it normal to bleed for so long in 1st period?Does she need any medical care? Please advice.

I am 28yrs old married girl and marriage has happen on 20th July 2021 and I am currently working from home. I had my last period on 5th Oct 2021 and every month the cycle is going fine. But, This Nov month I still did not have my periods and from last 5 to 6 days I am feeling very uneasy, my legs & full body pains while getting up in the morning and in whole day it feels like not doing work, my mood swings and became very lazy. Also, There is stomach pain in between and sometimes it feels that there is chakkar coming to me & I will fall down. My doctor asked me to get a baseline USG-Pelvis,Adnex done on the second day of my menstrual cycle . I am really anxious about the process as I am on my period. Can you please tell me the process and will it be very uncomfortable to be done on the 2nd day of my period? Won't it be messy with all the blood coming out?

Hi My son is 2 years old, now my wife want to stop breast feeding, when ever she stops breast feeding she is getting swellings, Tenderness, and heavy Pain in her breasts, so she is again starting breast feeding to my son, therefore could you please suggest any safe and good tablet which  prevents/suppresses lactation, and help her to stop breast feeding.
