You want to join Gym for a fit figure. Your BMI at present is about 27. Your aim should be to bring it to 20. For that you have to lose about 16 kg weight . You should concentrate on aerobics and on exercises with small weights (1-2 kg), so that all your joints and bones go through all the movements that are possible. You should be very particular about your hydration. Keep drinking water as required. You should never deny water to yourself. Get a diet chart from Gym. Go slow to start with. Don't over-exert when your body is asking you to slow down.
Next Steps
You can consult me again after about one month.
