My dr has advised for c sec after 36 weeks as i bled due to low lying placenta (2.5 cm from ios) and cord around babies neck currently fetal weight is 2.4 g. is that week safe for the baby?will my baby need nicu?

Last month I didn't get my periods. Only spotting After that I got spotting throughout the month.This month when period started it was painless but heavy with clots coming out. On my 7th day of bleeding I went to doctor. After ultrasound she told me my uterus lining is super thick 16.80 mm. Also,my right ovary has a cyst 17.47cc left is 6.24cc. No free fluid is seen in the pouch of Douglas. Now,I am on medication crina ncr 15mg for 25days and pause mf for 5days. My question is: is this curable? I mean the thick uterus? What are the chances of developing chocolate cyst? Please help.Do I need a surgery to cure this? Or is it treatable naturally with medicine?
