Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi Doctor From last 4 days I have pain just below belly button. Pain is very similar to delivery pains. I had my 2nd delivery on April 8th, till now I didn't get periods. I had tubectomy done. I'm on breastfeeding. From last 4days, I have pain in lower abdomen, just below belly button. Along with white discharge. Since yesterday pain is very severe I'm drinking hot water to releive pain, and since night I used hot water bag over my stomach to relieve pain. Is this pain related to gas problem or urine infection or are periods supposed to start... Please help me on this.

I first did home test on 23 dec,got double pink line. I again tested on different days and got same result. Now, Little brown discharge seen few days back. I retested with home kit, got double pink line (positive). Yesterday, I observed some brown bleeding. Has my period come? Or it is something different?

Is it normal to have 45 days long cycle for a 24 year old...my cycle was normal like 30 day long but suddenly it has changed from last two months...is it serious

Hi All, I have done my NT and double marker test on 11 weeks and 4 days. I am attaching the report. As my gynecologist is on leave I will have to wait for 3 more days to go and meet my Dr . Kindly check and let me know if the report is normal. Thanks

My wife is having a high prolactine level and micro adenoma. I heard that spear mint tea is good for hormones balance. Is drinking spearmint tea everyday good for brain and reducing the prolactine level ?

My last period was on 29 nov n 1 jan it got cleared soo i should count from 4 jan thats is 6 days including or on 2 jan when will be my next period ??? As i take ipill of 2 tblet soo when will come ?? Plzz help me

Both the Fallopian tubes are removed, after FET is done on 9th Dec 2021 (LMP 21 Nov) got positive result however theBhcg levels were not doubling but increasing hence doctor asked to stop Estrogen & progesterone medication even after that Hcg levels were increasing, in ultrasound scan on 3rd Jan gestational sac is not visible. Not sure what exactly the situation is, does she has to wait for 7-10 days for follow up scan? Or should we consider this otherwise? Thanks

I took NT scan on my 3rd month (12 w) and some reference was not clear. Ductus venosus: No "a" wave reversal. is it normal or something is wrong. My next doctor visit is next week only, pls help me on this. attached pic of the report

Hello there practo team, I have been diagnosed with POI with 0.183 AMH. I have no cycles for last 7 months and miraculously I had one after that naturally. Took clomid and followed with scans, blood work and found dominant by scans with very good  hormone levels. Got lh surge on 17th but also high FSH of 63. I took trigger shot on 18th day to force ovulation followed with ultrasond scan on 19th day. My dominant follice decreased from 19 mm to 16mm along other follice from 11 to 8mm from previous scan on 16th day. Question : Is this sign of ovulation or anovulation? I cannot relay on BBT chart or progesterone test because I was asked to take endometrin insert 100mg from day 21. I am day 22 now. Can you still follice after Ovulation and will it decrease in size like mine did? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
