My period flow has consistently decreased in last 6 months suddenly ,and now there is no flow at all . At the start of my period this month there was some minimal blood and then nothing . Is there something to worry about .

Got my periods on 24th Dec after 3 missed cycles and it hasn't stopped since, today's the 13th day. I have no pain, just bleeding. Kindly advise how to stop this since I've started to feel very tired and low.

I had mifepristone on 27 dec and got bleeding next day so my dr suggested to take misoprostol on 28 dec after which I got heavy bleeding for 4hrs n later it got reduced. But I am still bleeding quite much from 1week. I did sonography yesterday on 3rd jan but dr says it doesn't look like abortion is completed so suggested me to take misoprostol 4 tablets again yesterday. I had it and instead of increase in bleeding, it got reduced. What does it mean? Why is the tablet not working for me? Why did the bleeding reduce suddenly?

Recently i have been facing heaviness in breasts. Generally it happens around periods but this time it is after that too. Suggestion pls
