I, have taken meprate tablet on 1st jan but still didn't got my periods yet. Last time I got periods on 14 sept

I haven't got my period . It been more than 20 days now and this is 2nd time.. So is there any issue or any medication I have to take.. I don't have any other issue.

I had my nt nb scan on Monday 3 Jan 2022 with scan saying everything normal.atached report. Today when I wake up I could see fresh red blood while going to toilet. Please suggest if my babies will be ok. Does having bleeding at 13 week cause of concern.
