Endometrial cyst
My friend had heavy bleeding for 10days in December... so she went for a scan and they said she has endometrial cyst and chocolate cyst..
Again she got heavy bleeding in Jan for 5-7days and she went for a scan again.
This time chocolate cyst is vanished and endometriosis cyst of 2.08*2.08cm on right ovary
And
Pcos 3.1x2.1cm on left ovary..
Doct has prescribed Primolut-Nor tablets.
Is this something serious to worry about?
Currently she is abroad and Is second consultation needed??

If she is abroad she should have consulation there. Disappearing Chocolate cyst is a little odd finding. So is the diagnosis of PCOS from one cyst in left ovary.
