I had delivery on 1.10.2020 ,now my baby's age is 15 month, I had normal delivery,but after delivery I have belly in stomach,what I do for loss belly ,?? Which type of food I had?

I got my periods today which is 1 week delayed and period flow is heavy as compared to my regular 1st day period. Is it normal?

Form last two months I am visiting gynaecologist, On first month I didn't concive doctor told me that my egg was broken late On 2nd month she told me that skin of your ovary was getting thick, suddenly many hormones change And she is not understanding that what was the exact problem

If ovum fertilized with spam a day before and next day can normal period start for 5 days? There is any exception or miracle?

My wife did medical abortion 2months back. And even she had her post-abortion period...after her periods its been 15days now but she have spotting somedays not everyday.. so is she alright by now, is it normal to have a inch like spots after her periods... Having her periods resembles that her abortion is completed right? Does the spotting be a thing to worry for now?

Firstly i experienced cramps in stomach n backache as i used to during my periods,although m not on my periods cycle  got completed 1 week back only, later now from 2 days i am experiencing weakness m mild pains from knee to foot and similar from my arm joint to hands , feeling lethargic and weak also like i used to feel during my periods, kindly suggest why it's happening

I have been diagnosed with pcod and doctor gave me 21 days medication. I have been taking this medication from last 6 months but i have not taken it in this month, i had my period on 22 january 2022. But from past two days i am having spotting, it is not heavy flow, but it is quite unusual for me. Is it side effect of that medication?
