My wife is getting irregular periods with gape of 10 - 15 days after Medical abortion . What should we do?

Since I'm anxious about my next period, and considering what if, what are my options for abortions in the first two months? Is there a way of abortion at home? Without surgery? And if there is, what is it? Please help.

One of my relative age 27 years old unmarried girl. She is diagnosed with endometriosis. So doctor prescribed her dienogest( progestin pill ) 2 mg per day for long-term uses . But the patient do not want to take it as she saw from google that this medicine can causes breast cancer!! Is this true??
