Pregnancy and Infertility

My period is late for 44 days due to unwanted 72 n even i have done bhcg test it is below 0.5 n urine test is Negative 2 time ... Even i m taking deviry tablet today is 4 day ... Soo i want to ask that is it necessary to take hormonal profile n usg test ?? After taking serum bhcg test

I took pills last Friday post which I'm having vomi till today and lot of mood swings and anxiousness. Please help me to overcome my mood swings

My cycle was a bit irregular from the beginning. Mostly i used to get me periods after a week of the expected date. It took me almost 3 years to conceive. After me delivery (c-section) & breastfeeding my baby for 2 years my cycle has become extremely irregular. My gynaecologist told me that it is due to the breastfeeding. Now I've completely stopped it. Still no regularity. Post partum, my cycle has become 2 to 2.5 month long. She gave me Regesteron to bring on the cycle if it's delayed. But i dont feel its a permanent solution. Kindly advise, what I can do to regularize my cycle.

I had my nt scan at 12 th week and the report says that there is high risk of preeclampsia. Baby growth is fine and double marker results are also normal. Uterine artery doppler right values came - s/d 11.4 PI 2.8 and RI 0.9 . Uterune artery doppler left value - s/d 3.1 pi 1.4 and ri 0.6 . Doc has suggested to cut down salt and suggested L agrihope sachet twice a day. I want to know is there anything else we can do to bring down this risk of preeclampsia or is it inevitable? Any response will be highly helpful and appreciated . I have attached scan report for reference

If any exception female ovum Can active one day before period or during period.  period cycle 28-33 days.Has there been any research on this?

I got my nt scan done on 14 weeks and 1 day . My result is nt 1.5 mm . Is it normal . Nasal bone is present and normal and crl is 76 mm

She had her 3rd(12 weeks-2days) month scan.In that, in advice it was given as Detailed Anamoly-level 2. I just want to know, what it actually refers. Is that necessary to treat that and will that affect the fetus.

I have PCOD, but i somehow overcame the irregular periods by maintaining my weight and eating healthy. But my last 2 cycles are 37 days apart. Which means i am getting my period on 38th day. Is this normal or my PCOD came back???
