Sir / madam which medicine works better for pcos patients to concieve even they are in diet regular exercise

I have been diagnosed with pcos 3 months back and my weight was stable at 45-46 kgs for whole year but suddenly I lost weight and now I am 39-40 kgs and I do not have thyroid. Why is this happening ? My height is 5'2.

Is urikind km sachet safe during breastfeeding.can I use it while breastfeeding my one month old baby.

I have pcos and have consumed 2 packets of crisanta tablets till now and noticed that when I got periods after 1st packet it lasted 3 days which used to be 5 days and now after 2nd packet I am barely bleeding even on 3rd day. So is this normal or I should stop taking crisanta? My doctor says it is normal

Am facing heavy and continues bleeding after 2 and half month of delivery took trenaxa tablet reduced little bit. My query is can i go for a scan while having heavy bleeding please suggest. This bleeding is normal or not??

My periods are regular and I have a cycle of 24 days. I had a c-section delivery 2 years ago. And almost 6 years ago, I had a laparoscopic myomectomy for removal of a fibroid from my uterus. For the last two months, i have cramps in the right side of my abdomen. It starts from the third or fourth day of the cycle and goes on for next 3-4 days. My last usg was done in August,  2021 and nothing was detected. Kindly advise. Should i get a usg done?

Hello, I am getting married on 17th Feb and my periods are due on 14th. From what date should I start taking primolut N and how many tablets. Some doc are saying once a day some are tell twice and thrice a day, it's confusing. Please help me out.

I had ipill 21 Nov, on 28th Nov I got my normal periods for 5days. (Period actual date was 25th nov).then nxt period come on 5th Jan for 5 days.i did UPT on 2nd Jan it was nagative due to late period.but this month Feb  4days late,period not come..in between I didn't have any inter course..why my period being late ?? Plz suggests.

Is it normal to have heavy bleeding (almost 7 days) continously after a missed/irregular period. In jan month I didn't get period,In feb I got but it has heavy loss of blood, I would like to know is it normal or should I consult doctor?? Please anyone help me to find solution...

Last month my period is delayed it comes on this month but 13 days passed still my period.is continue with heavy bleeding some thick blood clots .
