I am diagnosed with endometriosis in 2020 of size RO cyst 3.6*2.8 CM & LO cyst 6.5*5.7 CM. After taking dienogest 2 mg for 2 years with no pain, size became RO cyst 1.1*1.7 CM & LO cyst 2.7*2.4 CM. Stop taking tablet for 2 months & in this two months two cycle of normal period with no pain occoured. But for last two days i have digestive problem & There was pain in the left side of waist back. So is it pain for endometriosis? If this pain for endometriosis then its size is increasing?plz help. Thank you 🙏

I'm having light spotting between my periods. Today's my ovulation day and I spotted dark brown blood. My last period started on 25th January. Usually, my cycle is regular never faced any issue regarding this.

On my day 2 of periods, there were anterior follicles seen and I was prescribed letrozole 5mg for 5 days. However on Day 8, the follicular monitoring results were that there were multiple follicles seen but no dominant follicles were there for which my doctor suggested to go for HMG 150 injections on D8, D9,D10. Today is my D9. I just want some suggestion is this the right medication? And will this line of treatment will help in concieving?

My daughter is 19 years old she is having prolonged periods and no periods some time at present she is having prolonged periods which is not stopping and she is having severe stress and depression . Kindly advice how to recover from this problem we are worried. Thanks🙏
