Hello doctor, My mother is of 46 years old and had undergone ultrasound and found out the presence of gallstone as well as uterus fibroid. Currently, she is taking Norlut-N twice a day as per prescription, "Dexorange" vitamin capsule, Eltroxin 25(since long time). There is no pain or symptom near the gallbladder area and only thing is that, Sometimes, she feels fullness in stomach after eating. Could you please advise what should be the further treatment ? I have attached the ultrasound report. Please go through it. Is it required to undergo surgery for gallstone ?

Am breastfeeding mother for 8 month old baby. Dec month I took 4 days 4 tablet to delay periods .on 12 th I got my periods until 18th of Dec.again in Dec I had period like clots (lemon size clots) from 22 ND to 28 Dec.. Nd at 27,28 wasn't heavy bleeding just spotting. January I didn't get my periods thought Becoz I had periods twice in Dec. But from Feb I have giddiness, nausea in the morning. Kit positive. Consulted gynecologist prescribed T. Meptran 1-0-1 (3 days). And iron tablet. Is it OK to take this tablet ,any risky symptoms I have to face? any future problem might raise regarding childbirth ?

I am a 22 year old girl with 56kg weight and 5" 3 height.I am Detected with PCOS an year before having multiple small follicles (more than 10 in number) with 2-9 mm in diameter. They give string of a pearl appearance. I have only 1 symtom for PCOS that is scanty periods. I get periods every month but hardly for a day Or two. So I want to ask am I not allowed to eat sweet or sugary foods in pcod or I can eat sometimes? And is it so fatal? How can I get periods for more days? Because I tried birth control pills but it didn't gave results. So what I need to do now?

Hi Doctor I had my 2nd delivery on April 8,2021, tubectomy is also done. From that time I have pain in tailbone. Now it's almost 10months, I got my first periods after delivery. From yday pain in tailbone and lower abdomen is severe. Lower abdomen pain is gradually reducing. But I'm unable to sit down due to this pain. Could you please suggest me some medicines or excercises to reduce this pain. Thanks Archana

When my urine pregrncy test is Negative for 2 time n even i did bhcg test that is below 0.5 n doctor said it is Negative ... even i took deviry tablet for 5 days n today is 1 dayss after course... Soo it is necessary to do pregrncy test again after 2 dayss..as on this practo one gyancelogist said that do pregrncy test again after 2 dayss ... When my all test is Negative
