Hi Sir/Ma'am I have been having PCOS for a very long time, my period is almost regular every month but bleeding is less and after exercise i am having pain in right ovary because right ovary size is 22ml and left is 12 ml I am also having facial hair issue and face pigmentation. (Sonography done last week and photo is attached) Pls suggest some medicine other than progesterone and estrogen because I have been taking these medicines for a long time but there is no relief my ovary size has increased from last year, In 2022 my ovary size was 11ml left ovary and 14 ml right ovary..

Is there any side effects by taking Norethisterone? Want to get my periods delay for 2-3 days. Is it safe to take it for a once or twice ?? Please suggest.

Frequent urination and muscle pain or bone can u plzz tell what does it indicates taken uti medicine for 5 days but nothing resolved

Can Adenomyosis cause mid cycle bleeding? If in the TVS report it came like 'Adenomysis of Uterus', then will that be the cause of mid cycle bleeding?

Can ovulation bleeding flow more than spotting and less than normal period flow? I had bleeding for 2-3 days on day 13 of cycle. In TVS scan found at that time follicle size was 18mm. Will it be ovulation bleeding? But in my life in past I have never got bleeding during ovulation.
