I have dermoid cyst in my both ovray lift 2cm and left 4.5cm/4.6cm/5.cm. what should I do did I need surgery for this ..I atch my USG report please read and suggest good advice I'm very stressed and if I go for surgery did my ovray will remove 😓? Please suggest

I was in fertility treatment. My period due date was April 10. But due to some hormonal imbalance, period did not come and it came on April 25 after taking Deviry 10mg. Then suddenly on May 8, I got bleeding for 2-3 days. When I did TVS scan, found my follicle size was 18mm. So, now when to consider my last period date ? Will it be Apr 25 or May 8?

My partner today she had a simple red spot on her pants and a little cramps now gone..It's been 34 days since her last period,Generally she doesn't have such incidents once she had such a year ago the very next day her periods began..So this time this spot which occured only once with minor cramps does this mean she's gonna have her periods soon?

If we are in fertility treatment and taking hormonal pills & due to this hormonal pills our period cycle gets disturbed, then after stopping how many days of hormonal pills the period cycle gets normal? How much time it takes to get back normal menstruation cycle post stopping treatment considering there are NO past history of irregular period?

I tested today at 16dpo but it's negative, I am due in 2days, So it means I did not concieve this time ?

I will be going through IUI treatment as i am suffering from infertility due to endometriosis cyst in both the ovaries. Are this injections safe for endo cyst? Are there any side effects?

Having heavy periods for a month approximately, after a week of periods i was under the impression that my periods are over but it started again and I'm bleeding excessively. i was diagnosed with PCOD 3 years ago and the condition was okay upon change in diets and lifestyle.

If we have issue for irregular period, then after how many months of continuous taking Duphaston 10mg, our period cycle gets regularised?
