Hormonal imbalance I want to loose weigh
I have weight gained 4kgs in 2month and irregular period On 2023 1 have periods for 2months one time. Now form January 2024 im having periods 2 times per 1 month, means 15 days once on 1st day of period i have brown discharge so, I checked thyroid test the report was TSH is abnormal it is 22.2 and after taking 1 month thyroid medicine i have tested agian it was normal 2.8 i have continued for 3 months tablets. Now it was normal. Now i have stopped it and main problem is periods are still same, per 1 month 2times and another one is problem is want to loss weight, plsss suggest me fat burner tablets
