I had my baby through c section recently and since then I am having the problem of Back freezing and pelvic pain on right side. I have already been prescribed painkillers but the pain is not subsiding. What relief can I get ?

Last cycle I had period on April 26. Post that suddenly I got mid cycle bleeding for 2-3 days on May 9. When did TVS scan on next day of bleeding (on May 10), follicle size was 19mm. This mid cycle bleeding has happened first time with me in my entire life. When should I consider my last period date April 26 or May 9? And my period due to will be based on April 26 or May 9? Please advise.
