Last cycle I had period on April 26. Post that suddenly I got mid cycle bleeding for 2-3 days on May 9. When did TVS scan on next day of bleeding (on May 10), follicle size was 19mm. This mid cycle bleeding has happened first time with me in my entire life. When should I consider my last period date April 26 or May 9? And my period due to will be based on April 26 or May 9? Hi Sir/Ma'am I have been having PCOS for a very long time, my period is almost regular every month but bleeding is less and after exercise i am having pain in right ovary because right ovary size is 22ml and left is 12 ml I am also having facial hair issue and face pigmentation. (Sonography done last week and photo is attached) Pls suggest some medicine other than progesterone and estrogen because I have been taking these medicines for a long time but there is no relief my ovary size has increased from last year, In 2022 my ovary size was 11ml left ovary and 14 ml right ovary..
