Very painful cramps during periods and pain in anus too. Heavy periods need to use 6 pads a day. Feels fatigue all the 5 days of periods. My last period started on 26th april and doctor diagnosed pcod and i started contraceptive pills today is 16th may and i have severe cramps in the lower abdomen and pain in anus and my periods haven't started yet.

When I was on first cycle of ocp my period came on 3rd day of finishing 21 days pills. This is my 2nd cycle and 4th day of finishing the pack but my period hasn't come, should i be worried? Does the period always come within 4 days or it varies?

I had taken a period delay medicine for 5-6 days and later got my periods when stopped the medicine, however, it's been 10 days I started my period and I'm still spotting. Is it normal or a side effect of the medicine??

Spotting one day before periods is normal or it is anything to worry about sometimes u get I day before spotting

My mother reports Right ovary enlarged 37×31 mm Fatty liver grade 1 suggest some medicines for this Is this enlarged ovary size is concern or not

Hello doctor,I have period like cramp and watery discharge from completion of period.Today is 12th day of period but feeling same cramp and discharge,but the discharge is not smelling or itching.is this a matter of concern or not?
