Doctor advised to take biospy and result is attached. Wanted to check if there is any issue. Last 2 months no periods, after 2 month got period and heavy flow for first 3 days.. Kindly advise

It can be a perimenopausal state (if the patient's age is 44 years, as per your details above). Irregular periods are very common in this age group. To confirm the diagnosis, you need some other hormonal tests. (The attached report is normal). Kindly consult.
