Please consult with your Sonologist and your Gynaecologist. It is your Gynaecologist, who is looking after you during your pregnancy. And I wonder if he will act as per the advice of the majority (getting a number of opinions). Personally I have never come across echogenic lungs.

Ecogenic intracardiac focus needs further detailed evaluation in the form of fetal echo after 22 weeks The ecogenic lungs are not normal You need further investigations Was a double marker test done after nt nb  scan
