Want to know with letroz what should be minimum and maximum size follicule size and endometrium size for conceiving. As my follicule always reach 2.3 or 2.5 cm then only it will rupture with 2 HCG injection one is 10000 iu and other is 5000 iu

For how many cycles, is letrozole recommended? Its my third cycle with Letrozole and still no luck. Also I have not being suggested to go for HSG test. Am I on the correct line of treatment? As The only complaint that I had was irregular menses. I do not have PCOD or PCOS either. But doctor said maybe she ll suggest to go for Ovarian drilling in the next cycle. Can someone please advice in here if all of this procedure is actually required?

I am experiencing discomfort and pain from past few days in my private area. There's a constant burning sensation & it gets more painful while urinating. Also there is mild pain in lower abdomen and lower back. No fever, itching or anything else. Today I noticed discharge (picture attached). Please help me with my concern.
