Pregnancy and Infertility

My periods are 10+ days over the expected period cycle. My periods cycle takes 32-34 days. Last month my periods ended on 2nd feb 2022.

Further Following to my previous question(attached screenshot of my previous question) It's been 3 days i was taking tablets  (Progesterone & Dydrogystorene) for spotting and small tissues passing in urine.    Luckly today am not seeing anything in my urine either small tissue or spotting& no abdomen pain also...... does it mean tablets are working? & it will be okay  after 2 weeks? i can hear heartbeat of my baby??? Please advise

Hi doctors I'm married and trying to conceive for 2years my husband report and mine all is good my egg is 22mm on 12th day and for ovulation I took hcg injection also and my egg get ruptured well after that I don't know what's happening I couldn't get conceive can you please help me thanks in advance

I have done my sonography today it shows posterior wall focal adenomyosis. And PCOS. It shows there is a cyst(1cm)  in one of my ovary. So is it dangerous or I need to worry about focal adenomyosis? I really worried about this. As I heard it's cancerous.

Madam, Today I got Positive in pregancny test and diagnosed TSH levels more than 60..my doctor has prescribed thyrox 50mg ...can I control TSH levels or  TSH will show any negative impact on my pregancny??

Hello doc, My mom has been recently diagnosed with adenomyosis of 3.5×3.6cm I posterior wall and the uterus is anteverted.And previously she had cysts and fibroids 5 years back And she has been prescribed Menoease tablets And leuprolide acetate for injection 3.75mg(depot) Does that injection so much mandatory to take for that above diagnosed condition? As she is diabetic and has blood pressure does that injection cause any side effects?

I have not got my periods from last month. The last time when i got my periods, after that i ate i-pill which got me periods. But now its not happening.
