Pregnancy and Infertility

I delivered a baby girl on 4th of Feb. My bleeding has been on and off. Ultrasound showed nonechogenous clots mixed with echogenous shadow 1.7*1.3. Doctor asked me to start methergin course for 5 days again. I had already taken metehrgin for 5 days and the endometrial cavity thickness reduced from 22mm to 16.m.Now the doctor is asking me to either take another course of methergin or go for DnC. 1. Is DnC safe after c sec? 2. Can I try mesoprostol? 3. Does methergin really help in expelling the clots or possible products?

I'm seeing small lump near Brest region one or two days before my period . It vanishes in a day or two. It looks as if lump from mosquito bite though Its not . And is happening for last few months just before period . My periods are regular . I have mild Pcod. 66 kg and 5 feet tall . I experience more cramping in few days before or during period . Now I'm worried about this lump which is coming and vanishing only before or during periods . Yesterday I saw lump and today it's not there .

I keep getting infection in every 2 months despite completion of full medication. What might be the reason?

I have regular period but PCOD ... can I naturally conceive if I have regular period ??? All my reports are normal... only LH high 11 point .... ovulation induction was given by the doctor..... but if ovulation induction is taken there is a possibility of increasing Lh more ??? Is brown discharge normal after 42 days of c section? Sometimes there is a little bit red spots also and sometimes nothing. Is this normal? I don't have any other symptoms.

During period breasts are become hard and Tenderness is there, what is the possible problems for this symptoms.

I mean if someone is able to conceive there is no need for any futher evaluation for fertility issue. . .
