Problem in fetal 22 week anomaly scan
In anomaly scan 22nd week , fetus is diagnosed with non visualisation of fetal kidney in left renal fossa and liying down adrenal sign is noted in pelvis and oval soft tissue ethnogenicity similar to renal parenchyma is noted in pelvis and it could be pelvic kidney. Doppler indices is normal . Triple marker done at week 15 and it came low risk . Is this a sign of concern .. what should we do
