Iron and Calcium tablets post delivery
Hi Doctor,
I am a mother of 14 months baby, I had missed taking iron and calcium tablets till date from delivery, because of which I have joints pain and severe hair loss. Kindly let me know if I can start taking calcium and iron tablets now and if yes till what duration can I take. The tablets prescribed are calcimax and orofer xt.
