Follicular Study
I had irregular periods.. Dr suggested me to take Tab Drogyna for 5 days and then siphene 100mg from day 2 of periods till day 5.
I did follicular study on day 11
Left ovary follicle size was 25*25 mm
Right ovary follicle was msf
And endometrial thickness of 9.2mm
Any chances of conception ?

Period delaying tablets
I was given a dosage of Norethisterone 15mg 1 time a day after dinner by doctor to delay my periods but i didn't find that in the market in my place nor did I find substitutes like Regestrone CR 15mg and Mendate 15mg. Is it okay if i take Regestrone 10mg which is available ? If yes then what will be the per day intake for 10mg Regestrone?

Irregular periods after covivaccination
After I got my 1st covid dose my period became light and after 2nd dose it just stopped. I have not bled in month. I eat healthy and also do yoga daily. I am not under any stress and sleep well too.

20 week Anatomy scan report doubt.
As I addressed my problem earlier few of the doc told me to share the report.
My anatomy scan of 20w says"Echologenic cardiac focus in left ventricle- soft marker for aneuploidy. Carrie's low sig6in isolation "
Can you please explain . Is it normal ? Do I need to worry ?

Fetal Heart Rate : Not yet seen

Internal OS is closed. Cervical length measuring 3.5 cms

Afi high and two Loops of cord
My afi is 22 and there are two Loops of cord around the babies neck. What issue can it cause the child? Will I lose my child? Do I need to get a c section done asap. Weight of the baby is 3kgs, cervix is 2.9 and os is closed. All blood and oxygen supply is normal.
