I got my NT NB scan at 11 wks 4 days . NT-0.6 mm , NB-1.8 mm. Same day I did Dual marker Free beta hcg- 124 ng/mL PAPP-A -1.79 mIU/mL For Down Syndrome, Biochemical risk- 1:79 Biochemical + NT risk- 1: 515 Age risk: 1: 447 Also, in USG Biometry, femoral length 0.63 cm (OOR is written). Should I go for NIPT or directly amniocentesis is required?

I have heard even though uterus is little small people are conciving babies?? Is it true?? They say baby  will be delivered before the stipulated time?? Hi my dr has prescribed me meprate to delay my period for 10 days as i have to travel during those days i hve successfully completed 5 days with no periods but still i have 5 more days to go .so will my periods be delayed if i continue my med for 5 more days ? I will get my periods only if I stop taking my med . Please advice me .
