After my endometrium Biopsy for the detection of Complex Hyperplasmia without atypia which took place on November 16 2021 .Since then it has been 4 months I haven't seen my periods ..is it bad?

I am trying for my first baby since last month . Before my 7 days of period cycle I occurred some spotting of blood 2,3 days. What is the reason behind this .

My NT scan was normal with mean uterine PI borderline elevated at 2.03. In double marker the T18 value is 1:559 and T13 is 1:1644. Do I need a NIPT test? Is this range normal for my age of 35.

I have hypothyroidism and pcos. I have been getting periods for a month now and they haven't stopped, the flow is medium. My previous doctor gave me regestrone - novelon - letroz course and kept asking me to loose weight even when I was close to underweight at the time and that didn't sit right with me and my schedule. What should I do right now and how to find a doctor who would help better with everything considered.
