Dermis cyst
I have been recently diagnosed with a dermoid cyst in right ovary in a scan. The ultrasound abdomen (TAS and TVS) scan report says right ovary shows a well defined hyper echoic lesion measuring 22*16mm. Could you please let me know what further steps needs to be done?

It is too small a cyst.
If you already have the number of children that you want to have then you can go for laparoscopic surgery.

You need an MRI to confirm & if it is a dermoid you need surgery
