My bany is 3 and half month old and I hav noticed My breast milk supply has drastically reduced..what shid i do to regain the qty..

I have babys and do family planning also now i have one year old baby now my periods missed one month y periods missing last time same issue one month period missing and come another month its heavy painful why like this any scan can i take or any medicine

I got my last periods on 4th March and got double IUI done on 17th and 18th March. I'm experiencing slight bleeding/spotting from 2nd night and that hasn't stopped yet. Color is dark brown and is not bright red. Is there any possibility that this is implantation bleeding? If so, can implantation bleeding lasts for almost more than 2 days? Or are these my actual periods and the flow is less as doctor prescribed duphaston from 18th Mar? Kindly help on this
