Need to know the MTP Process?
I'm 24 and I want to know the process for MTP in Mumbai as I have missed my periods by 4 days now. Planning to take UPT and followed by Beta HCG. However, I'm worried about if any record maintaining for the same. I don't want it to be maintained somewhere. Well aware about the age proof that will be needed, but just don't want it to be recorded somewhere so that it doesn't affect my future anyhow.

Records are confidential, you need to visit a gynaecologist for the same, no need for serum beta hcg test. An ultrasound to be done
