Given protected intercourse and a negative urine test around the 7 week mark, pregnancy is unlikely, and PCOD alone can explain a delay this long.
Next Steps
A blood beta hCG test is more reliable than repeat urine tests, so start there, then see a gynaecologist for the PCOD workup.
Health Tips
MTP eligibility and timelines are something to discuss directly with a gynaecologist, only if pregnancy is actually confirmed.

Go for BetaHCG test to confirm. Medical abortion can be done upto 7 weeks. If test is negative then take medicine to get your period. Consult please.
