Going through mtp process
Hello Doctor. I wanted to understand my current reports and future treatment plan better. I had early pregnancy and started MTP process on 16th with Mifepristone and took Misoprostol on 18th. After that I had heavy bleeding, clots and cramps. Today’s TVS scan shows small retained products (RPOC) with minimal vascularity. I want to know whether this remaining tissue is likely to clear completely with the medicines and next cycle, or whether there are chances I may need a cleaning/suction procedure later. Please also guide me on what symptoms are normal during recovery and what symptoms should make me come immediately for review. Thank you.
