Fatty liver Grade 2
I got an ultrasound done on 12/16/2021 of my abdomen and was diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver disease grade 2 and now again after 4 months 15 days I got my abdomen ultrasound done and it shows normal liver and no fatty liver. But I feel slightly discomfort in right side upper of my abdomen where liver is situated. I also got my blood work done and it came out to be normal. So, confused why I feel this. Please assist. Thanks, Ayush Mehta

Non alcoholic fatty liver disease has spontaneous regression if you  follow  healthy  lifestyle but the liver doesn't become totally normal. Gd 2 liver disease is fairly Advanced stage. I don't know whether you got Liver function tests done at that time. Now that you have got a normal Sonography report of the liver and your Liver function tests are normal, be happy. Follow healthy lifestyle. No liquor, no Tobacco, no drugs. And also continue to follow your lifestyle whatever you have followed in the last 4 months.
