Ovarian complex cyst, grade 2 fatty live
Hi, I had severe abdominal pain. An ultrasound showed there was an ovarian complex cyst measuring >5cm. After one week visited a OBGYN and was advised to repeat the ultrasound. This time the report shows no complex cyst, but a grade 2 fatty liver. Now I'm very confused. Are the ultrasound wrong? Or is it something else?
