Overnight without food third trimester?
In third trimester, is it fine to go overnight without eating anything for 9-10 hours after dinner? I eat dinner at 8 pm, one mug milk at 10 pm and then do not eat anything for 9 hours until 7 am morning.
Should i be waking up in between to eat something?
