Birth control and food poisoning
I am using Novelon as a contraceptive birth control pill and this is my first month of use. Yesterday night, I got food poisoning right after taking the pill and vomited after 2.5 hours of taking the pill. Since I was worried that the pill may not be absorbed I took another pill next morning and another at night next day. (Two in one day) Is that okay, and how do I complete the 21 day pack since I have taken two in one day, and how do I move on to the next pack. Also will the pill's effectiveness be compromised?

Just continue the pack daily once and after u finish the pack and get ur period… start a new pack from day 2 of period

Keep taking the remaining pills at bedtime till the pack finishes
Efficacy will depend on which day of the cycle this happened
