I have my surgical abortion after miscarriage on 13 march.But on 20 march i have tissue like little red discharge in morning. After that brown discharge and pink discharge day by day. What is reason behind this?

I have urine infection e. Coil in 21 week of pregnency.my doctor prescribe Nitrofurantoin sustained release tablet twice daily for 7 days. Does this medicine affect unborn baby in 2nd trimester??
