Bilateral polycystic ovaries
31 yrs old ,having two kids clo no periods since almost 6 to 7 months ...i had went to a gynac ..i did my .thyroid , and scanning. Scan says pcod with rt ovaries bulky 11 cc and 16 cc. Doctor given tablets for 3 months now very littlr or spotting is there. What to do for this ...pls permanent treatment for this ....because it's almost 7 months running ..with no periods..my weight is also 70 ..i had reduced my weight to 4 kgs and following normal diet ...but still I'm not getting periods correctly ..pls give good treatment.

The only treatment of pcod is to maintain a healthy bmi Height ? The only permanent treatment wud be to loose weight further

Your doctor might have started u on progesterone . If u still didn’t get withdrawal bleed ,rule out pregnancy with urine pregnancy test and if it is negative u can be started on oc pills for regularisation of cycles
