Pregnancy and Infertility

I'm 24 year old female, i was recently diagnosed with pcos,my serum testosterone was 30.4ng,FSH is 7.25mIU/ml,LH is 8.22mIU/ml,Prolactin is 11.52ng/ml,t3 is 131ng/dl, t4 is 9.7ug/dl,TSH is 1.41uIU,HbA1C is 5.6%,mean glucose is 114mg/dl. My ultrasound scan for abdomen and pelvis said" Polycystic morphology of both ovaries.both ovaries are in normal size,shape and echotexture and no focal mass lesion." Now my gynaecologist  has prescribed me with mychiro and fincar tablets. But fincar seem to be for men.can i use it?

One dose i took in afternoon and another dose took at 11:55pm by mistake today... what should i do.. shall i go to the hospital.. i was prescribed only one dose of it.. Please suggest what to do

I am in fertility treatment. Last month My doctor prescribed me letrouz 2.5 day 1 to day 10. Corectia twice daily and trafolic tab daily. Day 16 to 26 sustwn sr 300. Last cycle I have gone through follicular study and one follicle ruptured. There were some fluids in POD. In this cycle my Lmp date 23th March. To day is day 9 same medication I have started. Yesterday again I follicular scan has done. In my report I have total three follicle in LO and RO. But a small blood clots has seen in uterus. ET is 4.3mm. Dr. Stopped letrouz yesterday. For that clot she prescribed me Cynomicyn 100 for 10 days. As I am trying for concieving can take ghis antibiotics? Why this clot in this cycle as it was not there in my previous cycle. Please guide me..

Hello mam , iam in duabi Last week we have gone out side expo there i walked for 6 kilo meters ,and I eat ice cream I got chills night and body pains next day started air sound in ear and one right side lower neck pain I took pain killers and our general dr gave me amocicilin I took I tablet i felt very sick so i stoped I took extra panadol .fever got normal but still body pains what should I do mam .my wbc is 18500 And esr is 85 ,typhiod and malaria is negative

For the last 3 days, everytime I go to pee I feel a very orgasm like sensation in the end and that sensation stays till a long time even after peeing. I am getting the urge to pee all the time. Can you please help

I have my periods regularly, every 28-29 days. But suddenly this time I did not get my periods until 37 days, so I consulted a Gynecologist. During this time I struggled with passing stools and I raised that concernvas well to the doctor. They prescribed the tablet - Sysron NCR 10 mg and a syrup to treat constipation, for 10 days. 4 days have passed since stopping the tablets yet I have not got periods still. I had occasional pelvic cramps and some discharge soon after stopping the tablets but no periods. I am 31 and unmarried. I am planning to get married. Will this affect my fertility in future?

I was having vaginitis and  after treatment, my gync told me vaginitis is cured, but I'm having chronic cervictics and gave me 1 week medicines and asked me to visit for check-up after 1 month. I've completed my 1 week course, will cervix heal it's own? Is 1 week med enough? I'm having pain while sitting and discomfort. Should I wait for 1 month?

I recently get tested for pap smear my report is negative but I'm having endocervictics and inflammation and mild pain. Is it okay to do exercise and yoga while having cervictics? Or should I avoid workouts?

I had my delivery on 24th jan after which I was on my periods for 1 month and post that spotting continued for another 2 weeks. It stopped for few days and again little bleeding has started. There is no Pain or any difficulties I am facing as of now. Is there something to worry about .

I have done anamoly scan and nuchal fold thikness in 1 mm.please help me with normal range of nuchal fold.
