Pregnancy and Infertility

Mam from 4april i had taken regestrone CR 10mg...it was a course of 5 day i had taken 2 tab in one day in morning nd in night...when i will have my periods...

I have been recently diagnosed with a dermoid cyst in right ovary in a scan. The ultrasound abdomen (TAS and TVS) scan report says right ovary shows a well defined hyper echoic lesion measuring 22*16mm. Could you please let me know what further steps needs to be done?

I took an ipill on 25th march and didn't tell my mom. she wants me to talk period postponing pills because i have to attend a very important pooja. i usually get my period towards the end/start of the month (+/- 4 days, pretty regular), and the pooja is on 4th and 5th of april. is it safe to consume these pills?

Can you please explain the report. Whether foetus is growing or not in the report? I didn't had any symptoms of abortion no pain no bleeding no spotting nothing. I didn't had any kind of hard work.

I have pcos(normal BMI) but major concern is irregular cycles.I'm unmarried and not on any medication.I've got tested for harmonal levels(2nd day of my periods) HBA1c 5.6%,LH 7.71miu/ml,Fsh 6.61miu/ml,prolactin 45.22ng/ml,testosterone 0.37ng/ml..Can u pls help to read my harmonal levels??can I normalise Fsh,lh,prolactin levels without medication??even my ultrasound identified multiple cysts on both ovaries
