Hi. my lmp 23/02/2022. i' m 4 days late. today i have done UPT at home and it was negative. i have 28 days cycle. since 2 month i'm working out and on diet. Is this might be the reason for my delayed period and i had mid cycle spotting which was brown in color. what should be done next. should i take medicine to induce period or should i wait.

I was having yasmine for a long time and getting periods but stopped it in Jan 2022 end to check if I get my regular flow but that did not happen in Feb and so was advised by doctor to take Deviry in March. I took 7 tabs as prescribed and it ended in 13th March but it's been more than 10 days now and I haven't got periods. My USG report also came normal and there was no problems associated with ovaries. Need help to get my periods.

Is DHL safe. Is there any problem occurs during delivery of baby if previously you have done DHL laproscopy

Sometimes brutal pain on left side lower abdomen, and sometimes pain on lower abdomen both sides also with pain in thighs apart from period days. Please tell the reason and remedy to cure.
