If I have taken chorionic ganadoptrophin injection 10000 IU at my Follicule Size 20 * 18 MM..I check after 42 hours but my follicule not rupture and reach 22* 20 MM.. should I take other dose of HCG 5000 iu or still wait for another 10 hours please suggest..

I suggest you talk to your doctor about a repeat injection of a different type of hcg. Usually follicle rupture happens between 36-48hrs.
Taking 5000 may not help
