Last month my date was 1st March. But this month I didn't get my periods on date. Is it normal? Is it because of stress because I am going through tough time and taking lot of stress these days. What can I do for this?

I have pcod .my periods are irregular.when i use 21 days pill then only I will get .i stopped those it from jan. my gynocologist give me dedydrosterone 6 tablets from the day 20. my last period was on 2nd February. After that I forgot to take dedydrosterone..till now i not getting my period. I have done HCG test but it's negative.can i use dedydrosterone to get period .how many tablets should I take.
