I have been suffering from fissure for 3 weeks , consulted the doctor 2 weeks back and for 3 days there was no blood seen . But after that again it started and daily blood is seen while passing stool. Doctor gave a tonic for softening the stool and oinment (external anesthesia) also a powder to have in water . Even eating vegetables with food like radish, carrot, beans, ladiesfinger, spinach . Need any guidance for diet and medication.

Mam I have low mcv and mch in cbc report while others are in normal range and basophil is also 0.01 which is low...so what are the possible cause of low mcv and mch in cbc else everything is in normal range ...can u plese suggest me all possible reasons

After taking unwanted 72, My early period comes before a week. My question is that normal or not? Can the ovulation occurs after that like after my normal periods?

Due to my wedding falling exactly during my periods, my gynecologist advised me to take Regestrone CR 10mg tablets for 20 days ( as I have rituals post the wedding too). They said it was perfectly safe and harmless to use. But I am worried if it's okay to take the medication for so long and if there will be any long term effects of usage. I donot take any other medications and my periods are normal and regular.
