My wife aged 36 years old is having regular breast pain in her both breasts since one year. She always feel tiredness, back pain and weakness. Sometimes she feels swelling in her breasts, legs and arms. Sometimes it goes away.during swelling she feels itchy on that parts. Is swelling a symptom of filariasis? Suggest any test for that. Memography of both breast- suggestive of fibroadenosis USG of lower abdomen -uterus bulky.Kindly suggest any other test and medicines
