My wife aged 36 years old is having regular breast pain in her both breasts since one year. She always feel tiredness, back pain and weakness. Sometimes she feels swelling in her breasts, legs and arms. Sometimes it goes away.during swelling she feels itchy on that parts. Is swelling a symptom of filariasis? Suggest any test for that. Her weight is 58kg and hight is 5ft. Her monthly period cycle is 25 days and starts at regular interval.Test done on 05 March 22 on recommended by doctor with results are as follows: TSH- 1.67 micro IU/ml PRL- 2.52 ng/ml Uric acid- 5.0 mg/dL CRP- 0.l70 mg/L CBC results are as follows Hb-8.6gm 58.9% Total leucocyte count-7100 Neutro-67% Lympho-28% Eosino-4% Mono-1% Baso-0% Rbc-3.92 million/cumm Platelets-2.65 lacs HBA1C (glycated haemoglobin)-5.3% and estimated average glucose- 105.41 mg/dL. Memography of both breast- suggestive of fibroadenosis USG of lower abdomen -uterus bulky.Kindly suggest any other test and medicines

My periods have been irregular since last December. I got my period after 2.5 months last February and I am again late on my period. My breasts usually get sore and heavy a week before my period starts but this time this has been going on for more than 2 weeks. I had light bleeding yesterday and spotting today after I exercised. There has been a change in my lifestyle since October or November last year. I was becoming irregular on exercise and was not following a healthy diet anymore. My sleep cycle has also changed and I had a lot of stress in the month of December. My mother has PCOD. My uterus aches sometimes and my leg cramps rarely and I feel slight headache and tiredness sometimes. Requesting you to kindly advise what may be the causes and what can be done for the same.
