Esr is a very nonspecific test
Can be Raised in Many conditions
Exercise n reduce weight if ur overweight
Get ur Thyroid levels checked for scanty periods

High ESR indicates inflammation anywhere in the body, it has nothing to do with periods.. you need proper evaluation.
