Endometriosis cyst on ovary
Good evening
I am unmarried and suffering from endometriosis cyst. I am from bengal.
I had undergo a endometriosis ovary cyst surgery in 2019 but now when I again do usg and MRI recently as a part of my routine check up again found the same cyst in my left ovary now it's 8cm* 5cm and ca 125 is 14 now as doctor advised to go again for surgery immediately i.e cyst removal from the ovary just want to know can medicine be used for my treatment as my financial condition is not good to afford 1or 2 lakh for surgery plz give me suggestion if any reliable affordable treatment in any part of india. Plz help me

Medicine will not work for such a big cyst.
