Pregnancy and Infertility

I am experiencing itching breast on both sides for 2 weeks. I could not stop myself from scratching. I am lactating mother. On left side it's more and morning I noticed some red raised bumps around patches today morning and I felt some burning sensation and pain on left side. After applying coconut oil red spots disappeared. Is it something serious?

I was not having period my date was 12 of this month but i was getting so much pain i couldn't get up so 3 days before i started estung deviry 10 mg and yesterday i got in period in very light pink watery colour . But the course of the medicine is not yet complete . So should i continue the medicine and complete the course or just leave it???

I had my last menstruation on jan 27, post this i have not received my menstruation yet. Have tested thyroid in march and it seems to be in normal range. Please guide on what could be the possible reason or what needs to be done.
